Article 37. 1. A political party, election coalition or person who finds that therights thereof have been violated by a decision or act of an electoralcommittee may submit a request to the Supreme Court to repeal the decision ofthe electoral committee or declare the act of the electoral committee unlawfulor to declare the voting results in the polling division, the electoraldistrict, the rural municipality, the city, the county and the state invalid.
