Article 24C

(1) The Constitutional Court shall possessthe authority to try a case at the first and final level and shall have thefinal power of decision in reviewing laws against the Constitution, determiningdisputes over the authorities of state institutions whose powers are given bythis Constitution, deciding over the dissolution of a political party, anddeciding disput

es over the results of general elections.

Handling of Disputes Over Election Results

Article 272

...

(3) In the case that the proposal of therequest as referred to in paragraph (2) is

incomplete, the requester can complete therequest in no longer than 3 X 24 (three times twenty four) hours after thereception of the request by the Constitution Court.

(4) KPU, Provincial KPU and Regency/MunicipalKPU are obliged to follow up

the decision of the Constitution Court.
