Constitutionof the Commonwealth of Dominica of 1978 No. 1027, updated through Act 22 of1984

 

Section 40:

“(1) The High Court shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine anyquestion whether:

(a) any person has been validly elected as a Representative or Senator;”

(6) Anappeal shall lie as of right to the Court of Appeal from any final decision of the High Court determining such aquestion as is referred to in subsection (1) of this section.”
