Questionsas to elected members to be determined by High Court

 

82 (1) All questions which may arise from any election as to theright of any person to be or remain an elected member of the National Parliamentshall be referred to and determined by the Court on a petition presented by theAttorney-General or by an

elector, in accordance with the procedure prescribed by Rules madeunder section 85 for the presentation and hearing of an election petition andthe decision of the Court on any such petition shall be final and shall not bequestioned in any other proceedings.
