79. Recount on application by candidate - (1) Any candidatefor any constituency may, within three working days after the publicdeclaration made under section 78, apply to the Court for a recount of thevotes.
102.Decision of Court to be final - (1) Every determination ororder by the Court in respect of or in connection with any proceedings undersections 28, 34, or 79, or in respect of or in connection with an electionpetition shall be final and conclusive and without appeal.
