(a) Thepetitioner who is dissatisfied with the decision of the Election Tribunal orthe person who is included as arespondent may apply to amend the legal error within the prescribed period to the Commission inthe prescribed manner. Only if a question of law arises there is the right toapply under this Section.
(b) Ifthere is no petition to the Commission within the prescribed period underSub-Section (a), the Commission shall publish the decisions of the ElectionTribunal or Election Tribunals in the official Gazette.
