Article 145

The preliminary results of the elections or referendummay be appealed before the Appellate Circuits of the Administrative Courtwithin three days of the posting of the results in the premises of theAuthority.

The President of the competent Circuit shall schedulea pleading session no later than three days from the date of submission of theappeal, and call the parties via any means with a written record to presenttheir remarks.

The Circuit shall refer the case to deliberation andpronouncement of the ruling within three days of the date of the pleadingsession, and authorizes execution by marking the draft.

The Court is to advise the parties of the ruling viaany means with a written record within 48 hours from the date of pronouncement.

Article 146

The rulings of the Appellate Circuits can be appealedby the Authority or the candidates involved in the ruling before the PlenaryJudicial Session of the Administrative Court within 48 hours of the date ofnotification of the ruling. […]
