D?il Election Petitions

132.— (6) Any party to a petition may appealon a question of law to the Supreme Court against a decision of the High Courton the petition and subject to the foregoing the decision of the High Courtshall be final and not appealable.

18. (1) At any stage of thetrial of a petition the court may, if it so thinks proper, on its own motion oron the application of any party to the petition, state a case for the opinionof the Supreme Court on any question of law arising at the trial.
