Article 35-1 (2) The decision of the CentralElection Commission concerning the contested vote-counting minutes of thepolling station may be appealed in court within three days after its adoption.

Article 51 (1) The persons who havesubmitted lists of candidates have the right to appeal in court the CentralElection Commission’s decision approving election results within three workingdays after the decision has been made.

Article 54 (1) In the case specified inParagraph 1 of Article 13-1, the appeal shall be submitted to theAdministrative Regional Court, but in the cases specified in Paragraph 2 ofArticle 35-1, Paragraph 1of Article 51 and Paragraph 2 of Article 52-1 appeals shall be submittedto the Department ofAdministrative Cases of the Supreme Court Senate.
