Section 224
(1) Appeals and requests forjudicial review shall be submitted to the election commission that issued thechallenged resolution.
(2)Appeals and requests for judicial review shall be submitted so that they are received by theelection commission defined in (1) on or before the third day after theadoption of the contested resolution.

(1) Appeals shall beadjudged by the election commission with competence in adjudging themwithin three days from receipt.

Section 297
(1)The parliamentary single-member constituency election commission shall adjudge
a)objections against the activities and decisions of the ballot countingcommission and objections regarding other acts committed at polling stations;
b)all objections that are specifically related to the election in thesingle-member constituency.
(2) The National ElectionCommission shall adjudge
a) all objections not subject to (1) b);
b)appeals against the decisions of parliamentary single-member constituencyelection commissions.
