Article 54. 54.1. According to Article 86of the Constitution of Azerbaijan Republic, the Constitutional Court shallverify and approve the accuracy of the results of elections of deputies to theMilli Majlis of Azerbaijan Republic. The procedure of verification and approvalof accuracy of the results of elections of deputies to the Milli Majlis shall bedetermined by the Electoral Code of Azerbaijan Republic.

54.2. Session of the Plenum ofConstitutional Court on verification of accuracy of the results of elections ofdeputies to the Milli Majlis shall be commenced within 10 days from the day of receipt of materials.

54.3. Session of the Plenum ofConstitutional Court on verification of the accuracy of the repeated results ofelections of deputies to the Milli Majlis shall be commenced within 7 days from the day of receipt ofmaterials

Article 86. Accuracy of results ofelections is checked and approved by Constitutional Court of the Azerbaijan
