Decision on Objection of Election

75.          (a)      On receiving the petition underSection 74, the Commission may, after hearing the       petitioner and the respondent or their lawyer or agent, asnecessary , make one     of the                 following decisions:

(i)                      approvingthe decision of the Election Tribunal;

(ii)                     settingaside the decision of the Election Tribunal.

(b)          Thedecision of the Commission under Sub- section (a) shall be final and conclusiveand such decision shall be published in the official Gazette.
