Meetings of the Complaints Commission

Article 24:

(3) Meetings of the Complaints Commission shall beheld openly in instances, such as adjudication of electoral complaints andviolations. Representatives of political parties, civil society, mass media andnational and international monitors and observers can attend these sessions.
