102.

(5) Everyappeal under this section shall be heard by the Supreme Court in terms ofArticle 130 of the Constitution and shall, as far as practicable, be givenpriority over other business of that Court. The Court may give all suchdirections as it may consider necessary in relation to the hearing and disposalof each appeal.
