Art. 278.

 Dans les cinq jours suivant la d?cision duTribunal administratif, le ou les requ?rants peuvent faire appel devant la Couradministrative qui statue d’urgence et en tout cas dans le mois. Ce recours estsuspensif.

Le greffe de la Couradministrative donne avis de l’appel, par lettre recommand?e, ?l’administration communale concern?e qui informe les candidats et le public parles voies ordinaires.

La requ?te en intervention doit?tre pr?sent?e sous peine de d?ch?ance, dans les trois jours de la publicationde l’appel par la commune.

 

Art. 278.

  Within five days of the decision of the AdministrativeTribunal, the applicant or applicants may appeal to the Administrative Courtwhich decides with emergency and in any case within one month. This appeal issuspensive.

The Registry of the Administrative Court gave notice of the appealby registered mail to the local authority that informs the candidates and thepublic through regular channels.

An application to intervene must be submitted under penalty offorfeiture, within three days of the publication of the call by themunicipality.
