Article 117: Judicialappeals
3. The petition shall specify thefactual and law appeal grounds and shall carry all the evidence elements,including a copy of the assembly record where the irregularity has taken place.

Article 118: Competentcourt, procedure and time limits
3. The President ofthe Constitutional Court shall immediately cause the agents of the lists thatare competing in the constituency in question to be notified, so they, thecandidates and the political parties may, if they wish to do so, respondwithin a time limit of twenty-four hours.
4. The Constitutional Court sitting in plenary shall takethe definitive decision on the appeal within the forty-eight hours followingthe end of the time limit mentioned in the previous paragraph, and shallimmediately communicate its decision to the National Electoral Commission.
