Section 6. Artile 108. Simplifiedmethod (Federal Supreme Court) of the single judge (1) ThePresident of the department decides on a simplified procedure:
a. Dismissal ofmanifestly inadmissible applications;
b. Non-occurrenceof complaints, which obviously does not contain sufficient justification(Article 42 paragraph 2);
c. Non-occurrenceof querulous or abusive complaints.
(2) He or she may appoint another judge oranother judge it.
(3) Therationale of the decision is limited to a brief statement of the reason forinadmissibility.
