Article 57.(1) The Court shall adjudicate cases bya judgment, except in the case set out in subsection 591 (1).
(2) A judgment shall be adopted by a simple majority vote whilesafeguarding confidentiality of deliberations. Judges shall resolve alldisagreements in deciding the case by a vote. No judge has the right to abstainfrom voting or remain undecided. The presiding judge shall vote last. In thecase of an equal division of votes, the vote of the presiding judge shallgovern.
