CHAPTER V ELECTION DISPUTES
62. (2) Save as provided in clause (3), thedecision of High Court Division on an election petition shall be final.
[(3) Any person aggrieved by a decision of theHigh Court Division may, within thirty days of the announcement of thedecision, appeal to the Appellate Division, if it grants leave to appeal.
