Section 32:
“(1) On the hearing of an appeal from any order of the High Court in anycivil cause or matter, the Court of Appeal shall have power to:
(a) confirm, vary amend or setaside the order or make such order as the High Court might have made, andto make such further or other order as the nature of the case may require;”
