Each candidate has the right to contest the validity of thevoting/elections results and shall submit his/her contest to the CentralElections Committee within ten days from the date of declaration of results atthe Wali's Office. The contest application should include reasons andjustifications upon which he/she has based his/her contest. The committee shall look intothe contest and evaluate it and issue its decision within 30 days starting fromthe end of complaints period. Its decision is final and not subject to any appeal. If thecommittee decided to cancel the election, the next winning candidate in thelist replaces the winning candidate.
