Questionsas to elected members to be determined by High Court
82 (1) All questions which may arise from any election as to theright of any person to be or remain an elected member of the NationalParliament shall be referred to and determined by the Court on a petitionpresented by the Attorney-General or by an elector, in accordance with theprocedure prescribed by Rules made under section 85 for the presentation andhearing of an election petition and the decision of the Court on any such petitionshall be final and shall not be questioned in any other proceedings.
