“After the election results havebeen confirmed, appeals can be lodged against the decision on the electionresults, on the grounds that it is unlawful. […] Such appeals must be lodgedwith the Regional Administrative Court (RAC) within 14 days of the confirmationof results and must be processed without delay. If the court determines thatthe decision or action of an election authority was unlawful and thisunlawfulness has clearly affected the election result, a new election is held,or, whenever possible, the election result is rectified. The RAC decision maybe challenged in the Supreme Administrative Court (SAC) within 30 days. Itsdecision is final.”
