Article 102: Votescounting
4. The lists delegates shall have the right to examine the separate lotsof voting ballots, without changing their composition, and, in case they havedoubts or objections about the counting or the qualification given to the voteof any ballot, have the right to ask for clarifications or to submit complaintsor protests before the president [of the polling station].
5. If the complaint or protest were not attended by the polling station,the voting ballots under complaints or protest are separated, annotated on thereverse, with an indication of the qualification given by the station and ofthe complaint or protest grounds, and rubricated by the president and by thelist delegate if he/she wishes to do so.
4 — Os delegados das listas t?m odireito de examinar, depois, os lotes dos boletins de voto separados, semalterar a sua composi??o, e, no caso de terem d?vidas ou objec??es em rela??o ?contagem ou ? qualifica??o dada ao voto de qualquer boletim, t?m o direito desolicitar esclarecimentos ou apresentar reclama??es ou protestos perante opresidente.
5- Se a reclama??o ou proteston?o forem atendidos pela mesa, os boletins de voto reclamados ou protestadoss?o separados, anotados no verso, com a indica??o da qualifica??o dada pelamesa e do objecto da reclama??o ou do protesto e rubricados pelo presidente e,se o desejar, pelo delegado da lista.
Section II: General counting
Article 111-A: Generalcounting Time limit
1. The general counting shall beconcluded until the 10th day after elections, notwithstandingwhat is mentioned in the next paragraph.

Article 112: Results announcement and publication
The results of the general counting are announced by the presidentand, after that, published through the affixation of the public notice to the door of the buildings that are designated for the purposementioned in the article 107.
Os resultados doapuramento geral s?o proclamados pelo presidente e, em seguida, publicados pormeio de edital afixado ? porta dos edif?cios para o efeito designados nostermos do artigo 107?.
Article 118: Competentcourt, procedure and time limits
1. Appeals shall be lodged before the Constitutional Court,within a time limit of twenty-four hours counting from the affixation ofthe public notice referred to in Article 112.
3. The President of the Constitutional Court shall immediatelycause the agents of the lists that are competing in the constituency inquestion to be notified, so they, the candidates and the political parties may,if they wish to do so, respond within a time limit of twenty-fourhours.
4. The Constitutional Court sitting in plenary shall take the definitivedecision on the appeal within the forty-eight hours following the end ofthe time limit mentioned in the previous paragraph, and shall immediatelycommunicate its decision to the National Electoral Commission.
1- O recurso ?interposto no prazo de vinte e quatro horas, a contar da afixa??o do edital aque se refere o artigo 112?, perante o Tribunal Constitucional.
3- O presidente doTribunal Constitucional manda notificar imediatamente os mandat?rios das listasconcorrentes no c?rculo em causa para que estes, os candidatos e os partidospolíticos respondam, querendo, no prazo de vinte e quatro horas.
4- Nas 48 horassubsequentes ao termo do prazo previsto no n?mero anterior, o TribunalConstitucional, em plen?rio, decide definitivamente do recurso, comunicandoimediatamente a decis?o ? Comiss?o Nacional de Elei??es.

3. Candidates and list agents may attend to the operations of thegeneral counting assembly, without voting, but with the right tocomplain, protest or counter-protest.

Article 110:Preliminary operation
1. At the beginning of its operations, the counting assembly shalldecide about the ballots about which there have been complaintsor protests, correcting, if necessary, the counting of the correspondingpolling station.
1- No in?cio dos seus trabalhos, a assembleia de apuramento decide sobre osboletins de voto em rela??o aos quais tenha havido reclama??o ou protesto,corrigindo, se for caso disso, o apuramento da respectiva assembleia de voto.
Article 118: Competentcourt, procedure and time limits
1. Appeals shall be lodged before the ConstitutionalCourt, within a time limit of twenty-four hours counting from theaffixation of the public notice referred to in Article 112.
4. The Constitutional Court sitting in plenary shall takethe definitive decision on the appeal within the forty-eight hoursfollowing the end of the time limit mentioned in the previous paragraph, andshall immediately communicate its decision to the National ElectoralCommission.
