Number of levels of adjudication

Article 20: The Court of Cassation shall be responsible fordetermining the validity of membership in the People’s Assembly.

Any appeals shall be presented, along with statements andevidence, to the court, within thirty days of the announcement of the electionresult.

The court shall decide onthe appeal within 90 days from its receipt.

Membership [of the People’s Assembly] shall be declared void onthe date the [Court’s’] decision is deposited with the assembly.
