CHAPTER V ELECTION DISPUTES
57. (6) The High Court Division shall try anelection petition as expeditiously as possible and shall endeavour to concludethe trial within sixmonths from the date on which the election petition is presented to itfor trial

62. (2) Save as provided in clause (3), thedecision of High Court Division on an election petition shall be final.
[(3) Any person aggrieved by a decision of theHigh Court Division may, within thirty days of the announcement of the decision, appeal to theAppellate Division, if it grants leave to appeal.
