?        Article 64.1    

A person who objects the vote countingprocess or the count result shall present a complaint to the Commission;

?        Article 64.2   

 Ifnot satisfied by the Commission’s decision, the person shall appeal to theSupreme Court. The Supreme Court shall issue a final decision.
