Article 115-(1) Every election petition shall be presented within thirtydays from the date of the declaration for the results of the election by theReturning Officer(2) The court shall hear and determine an appeal within twelvemonths from the date of filing a petition (3) The court shall hear anddetermine an appeal within twelve months from the date of lodging the appeal
