Article49-1 Appeals against violations of the legislation of the Republic ofBelarus on elections, referendum, voting on the recall of a deputy, a member ofthe Council of the Republic that have been submitted to commissions, statebodies and other organizations are considered within three days from the day of theirsubmission
Article 82. The circuit electoralcommission may recognize elections as invalid if violations of the requirementsof the present Code were committed in the course of elections or during thecount of votes or determining of the results of elections that influenced theresults of the elections. A complaint about such violation is submitted bythe candidate for deputy to the circuit electoral commission not later than on thethird day following the day of elections. The decision of the circuitelectoral commission may be appealed against in the Supreme Court of theRepublic of Belarus withinthree days after the day of its taking.
Article 84. The Central Commission, on thebasis of received protocols of the circuit electoral commissions, determinesthe results of elections of deputies for the electoral circuits and registersthe elected deputies of the House of Representatives.
