Number of levels of adjudication

Unofficial translation:

Article 166: Every candidate or political party representative hasthe right to challenge the validity of voting procedures by submitting arequest in the form of a petition deposited in the Constitutional Council withinforty eight hours from announcing the results.

The Constitutional council inform the challenged contestant topresent his proof documents withinfour days from the date of notification.

The Constitutional council issue its decision within three days after theexpiration of this term.

If it is determined that the appeal has basis, then the Constitutionalcouncil can issue its decision with justification either to cancel thecontested election or rewrite the election results and declare the candidatelegally elected right.”
