Article70.(2) The complaint shall be filed with the county electoral committee within three days as of the actprescribed in subsection (1) of this section being performed.
(3) The county electoral committee shall review thecomplaint and adopt aresolution within three working days as of receipt of the complaint. Thecounty electoral committee shall promptly communicate the resolution to thecomplainant.
Article71.(1) If an interested person finds that a resolution or act of a countyelectoral committee or an act of the Electronic Voting Committee violates hisor her rights, the person may file a complaint with the National ElectoralCommittee. A person whose complaint against an act of a voting districtcommittee is dismissed by a county electoral committee may file a complaintagainst the act of the voting district committee with the National ElectoralCommittee.
(2) The complaint shall be filed with the county electoralcommittee which adopted the resolution or performed the act against which thecomplaint is filed or which reviewed the complaint filed against an act within three days as of theresolution or act prescribed in subsection (1) of this section being adopted orperformed. The county electoral committee shall forward the complaint togetherwith its written explanation promptly to the National Electoral Committee.
(3) The complaint against an act of the Electronic VotingCommittee shall be filed with the National Electoral Committee within threedays as of the act prescribed in subsection (1) of this section beingperformed.
(4) The National Electoral Committee shall review thecomplaint and shall adopta resolution within three working days as of receipt of the complaint.The National Electoral Committee shall promptly communicate the resolution tothe complainant.

Article 38. (1) A complaint against aresolution of or measure taken by an electoral committee may be filed with theSupreme Court after adjudication of the case in the National ElectoralCommittee. The complaint shall be filed with the Supreme Court through theNational Electoral Committee withinthree days as of the decision or measure of the National ElectoralCommittee being communicated or performed.
(2) The National Electoral Committee shall forward complaints to theSupreme Court together with its written explanations not later than on the following working day.
