17 Recounts.

(2) Uponreceipt of a demand for a recount and after payment of the fee payable undersubsection (5), the Supervisor shall recount the votes in that district and hemay substitute his decision concerning any doubtful ballot paper for that madeby the returning officer or the officer in charge of the polling station.

 

 

31Trial of petition

(1)   The Court may in its discretionadjourn the trial from time to time, but the trial shall, so far as ispracticable consistently with the interests of justice in respect of the trial,be continued from day to day on every lawful day until its conclusion.
