عندما تكونالقضية جاهزة يبت فيها المجلس الدستوري بعد الاستماع إلى تقرير المقرر داخل أجلستين يوما
Article 34:when the case is ready for adjudication, the constitutional council can hearthe report from the legal rapporteur and then issue its decision within 60days.
