96 Adjudgingobjection 

Section 214

            The election commission shall adjudgeobjections within three days of receipt – or, in case of referredobjections, within three days of receipt by the election commission withcompetence in the matter.

 

Section 224

            (1)Appeals and requests for judicial review shall be submitted to the electioncommission that issued the challenged resolution.

            (2) Appeals and requests forjudicial review shall be submitted so that they are received by the election commission defined in(1) on or before the third day after the adoption of the contested resolution.

Section 226

           Appeals and the entire case file shall be referred by the election office onthe day they are received to the election commission with competence inadjudging the case.

            (1) Appeals shall be adjudged bythe election commission with competence in adjudging them within three daysfrom receipt.
