Comment

Article 66 ofthe parliamentary Elections Act of 2005 on Appeals does not specify the time that the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court should take indetermining appeal filed in these courts. The provision uses the term“expeditious” which is ambiguous in determining the time taken in determiningthese appeals.
