(2)   Election Contestants shall proposethe request to the Constitutional Court as referred to in paragraph (1) in nolonger than 3 X 24 (three times twenty four) hours after the announcement of thedetermination of election vote acquisition nationally by KPU.

(3)   In the case that the proposal ofthe request as referred to in paragraph (2) is incomplete, the requester cancomplete the request in no longer than 3 X 24 (three times twenty four) hoursafter the reception of the request by the Constitution Court.
