Article 35-1 (1)The submitters of candidatelists have the right to read the vote-counting minutes and contest theseminutes by presenting their objections to the Central Election Commissionwithin three days after the election results, as recorded in the vote-countingminutes, have been approved. The Central Election Commission shall examine thecomplaint and take adecision within three days.

(2) The decision of the Central ElectionCommission concerning the contested vote-counting minutes of the pollingstation may be appealed incourt within three days after its adoption.

 

Article 51 (1) The persons who havesubmitted lists of candidates have the right to appeal in court the CentralElection Commission’s decision approving election results within three workingdays after the decision has been made.

 

Article 54 (1) In the case specified inParagraph 1 of Article 13-1, the appeal shall be submitted to theAdministrative Regional Court, but in the cases specified in Paragraph 2 ofArticle 35-1, Paragraph 1 of Article 51 and Paragraph 2 of Article 52-1 appealsshall be submitted to the Department of Administrative Cases of the SupremeCourt Senate.

 

(3) 1) in cases specified in Paragraph 1 ofArticle 13-1, Paragraph 2 of Article 35-1 and Paragraph 1 of Article 51 –within seven days afterthe receipt of the appeal;

 

(6) The court decision, as well as otherdecisions, which are taken while carrying out the procedural activities relatedto examining the case, cannot be appealed.
