“Each voter or electoralcontestant has the right to submit a complaint. All grievances can be filed withthe court of first instance. Decisions of this court could be appealed to thecourt of appeals and then referred to the court of revision, as a lastinstance.”
The time limit toissue a verdict at the first instance is not specified. An appeal to theverdict of the first instance should be submitted within 10 days. The secondinstance has a month (30 days) to issue a verdict. However, if the case isconsidered urgent, the court must issue a verdict within 10 days. The decisionof the second instance can be appealed to the court of revision, but notimelines are specified for this.
