Art. 75 (2): Fordisputes regarding presidential elections, the Constitutional Court shall issuea decision within seven days from the date of the referral. For disputesrelated to legislative, provincial, urban, communal and local elections, thecompetent court shall issue a decision within two months from the date ofreferral.
