?        Article 96 (1) 

?        Any political organization or private candidate orrepresentative who has complaints on the vote counting and results may get hiscomplaint recorded to the Polling Station Grievance Hearing Committee, and maysubmit the same complaint to the Constituency Grievance Hearing Committee in 48hours.
