Article 129
“(2) TheConstitutional Court shall decide whether the election of the President of theSlovak Republic, (…) have been held in conformity with the Constitution and thelaw.
(7) Thedecisions of the Constitutional Court according to the preceding paragraphsshall be binding for all bodies of public authority, natural persons or legalpersons whom they concern. The respective body of public authority shall beobliged, without undue delay, to ensure their enforcement. Details shall belaid down by a law.”
