Law No 003 /PR/2009enacting the Electoral Code / Loi No 003 /PR/2009 portant Code Electoral

 

Art. 144: Candidateshave five working days from the date of announcement of the preliminary resultsto file a complaint before the Constitutional Council.

In case of dispute,the Constitutional Council is required to issue a decision within fifteen daysfrom the date of the proclamation of the preliminary results. Its decision includeseither the final proclamation or the annulment of the election.

Encas de contestation, le Conseil Constitutionnel est tenu de statuer dans lesquinze (15) jours suivant la proclamation provisoire. Sa d?cision emporteproclamation d?finitive ou annulation de l’?lection. ?)
