ARTICLE77 OF THE CONSTITUION OF DJIBOUTI OF 15TH SEPTEMBER 1992 (ARTICLE 77DE LA CONSTITUTION DJIBOUTI-15 SEPTEMBRE 1992 :
?TheConstitutional Council takes over in case of contests over the validity of anelection by all candidates and all political parties.
