CHAPTER VII: THE COUNTRY'SPRESIDENT
Article 102
The country's President shallbe elected by the National Assembly from among its members.
He is responsible to theNational Assembly for his work and reports to it.
His term of office-followsthat of the National Assembly. At the end of the latter's tenure he shallcontinue in office unto a new President of the countr3f is elected by the newlegislature.
