اﻟﻤﺎدّة 167 : ﻳﺤـﻖ ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﺘﺮﺷﺢ أو ﻣﻤﺜﻠﻪاﻟﻤﺆهﻞ ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻧﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔاﻻﻧﺘﺨﺎﺑﺎت اﻟﺮﺋﺎﺳﻴﺔ، وﻷي ﻧﺎﺧﺐ، ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔاﻻﺳﺘﻔﺘﺎء،
أن ﻳﻄﻌﻦ ﻓﻲ ﺻﺤﺔ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎت اﻟﺘﺼﻮﻳﺖ ﺑﺈدراج اﺣﺘﺠﺎﺟﻪﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺤﻀﺮ اﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮدﻓﻲ ﻣﻜﺘﺐ اﻟﺘﺼﻮﻳﺖ.
ﻳﺨﻄﺮ اﻟﻤﺠﻠﺲ اﻟﺪﺳﺘﻮري ﻓﻮرا ﺑﻮاﺳﻄﺔاﻟﺒﺮق ﺑﻬﺬا اﻻﺣﺘﺠﺎج.
ﺗﺤﺪدآﻴﻔﻴﺎت ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ هﺬﻩ اﻟﻤﺎدة ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ اﻟﺘﻨﻈﻴﻢ.
Unofficial translation:
Article 167: Eachcandidate or his legal representative in the presidential election, and for anyvoter in the case of referendum, to challenge the validity of the votingprocess by filing a report in the voting office. The Constitutional Councilshall immediately be notified of this report.
All application procedures shall be determined by regulations.
