'Article 1.1

This law shall regulate the election of themembers and the delegates of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH and of themembers of the Presidency of BiH and shall stipulate the principles governingthe elections at all levels of authority in BiH.'

 

'Article 6.6

(1) The Central Election Commission of BiHshall have first instance competence to decide complaints submitted forviolation of the rules of election process, electoral rights, violationsreferred to in Chapter 16 committed by the political entity and violationsreferred to in Article 7.3, paragraph (1), points 3 and 7, Article 7.3,paragraph (2) and Article 7.4, paragraph (1), point 3 of this Law.'

 

'Article 5.30

(1) After the establishment and announcementof the election results by the Central Election Commission of BiH, a MunicipalElection Commission, a certified political party, coalition, list ofindependent candidates, or independent candidate may request that a recount ofballots be conducted by the Central Election Commission of BiH in specifiedelectoral units in which the political party, coalition, list of independentcandidates, or independent candidate stood for election. An accredited observermay request that a recount of ballots be conducted by the Central ElectionCommission of BiH in a Polling Station at which the observer observed. Acertified political party, coalition, list of independent candidates,independent candidate, or observer may also request that a recount of ballotsbe conducted by the Central Election Commission of BiH of absentee ballots,ballots cast outside BiH or tendered/enveloped ballots.'
