Application for avoidance ofelection on certain grounds

71.  The election of a candidate as Presidentshall be declared to be void on an application made to an Election Judge on anyof the following grounds which may be proved to the satisfaction of theElection Judge:

(5)  The Election Judge shall be attended on thehearing of an application under section 71 in the same manner as if he were aJudge of the Supreme Court sitting at assizes.
