Who may file a complaint?

المادة التاسعة والثمانون

1- تختص المحكمة الدستورية العليا في النظر في الطعون الخاصة بانتخاب رئيس الجمهورية.

2- تقدم الطعون من قبل المرشح خلال ثلاثة أيام تبدأ من تاريخ إعلان النتائج، وتبت المحكمة بها بأحكام مبرمة خلال سبعة أيام من تاريخ انتهاء مدة تقديم الطعون.

Article 89: the Constitutional court is responsible for reviewing complaints regarding presidential election results. Candidates can submit their complaints within three days starting from the announcement of the election results. The court, then, can issue its ruling within seven days after the end of complaint period.
