Who may file a complaint?

Article 80 – The Board of Executive is obliged toaccept received complaints from the date of the final notification of thequalification of candidates until two days after the notification of electionresults, and examine the complaints within 24 hours in a joint meeting of theBoard of Executive with the supervisors of the Guardian Council and documentthe results and report them to the Ministry of Interior.
Note 1-Those who have complaints regarding the taking place of the electioncan deliver their documented complaints to the supervisors of the GuardianCouncil or also to the secretariat of the Council within three days afterelection day.

Note 3- If the complainant accuses the candidates deliberately without anyreason and evidence, and the complainant is defaming one of the candidates,he/she will be prosecuted.
