Is there a legally mandated filing fee and/or deposit?

A new electoralsystem was also introduced that makes the number 1 and 2 on the parties’national lists of candidates to parliament automatically the parties’ presidentialand vice-presidential candidates. Under this system, the number 1 and 2 of thenational list of the party with the most votes are automatically elected as Presidentand Vice-President, and do not become Members of Parliament. Therefore, boththe President and Members of Parliament are elected through direct, universal,equal and secret suffrage using a single ballot.
